Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, ensuring swift dispatch.
In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Custom-designed and personalized jewelry may require additional time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We collaborate with trusted couriers to guarantee secure and timely deliveries. Estimated delivery times:
UAE Domestic Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days after processing.
International Shipping: Once processed (usually within 2 business days), delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local regulations.
Note: International shipping timeframes are subject to customs inspections, import procedures, and logistical factors.
Shipping Fees & Duties
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order value. Shipping is free for orders exceeding a specified threshold.
Important: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the jewelry price or shipping costs. These charges are determined by the recipient's country and are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured to protect your valuable purchase during transit. In case of loss or damage, please contact the courier directly, as Shining Luxury is not responsible once the product has been handed over to the delivery service.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, the customer must contact the courier directly. Shining Luxury is not liable for any issues after the product has been handed over to the shipping service.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at return&refund@shiningluxury.com explaining the reason for the return.
Carefully repackage the jewelry exactly as received, ensuring all original packaging, certifications, and accessories are included.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned package is received in perfect condition.
Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days after verification of the package’s integrity.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

وجهات الشحن
نقدم الشحن إلى جميع أنحاء العالم، مما يضمن وصول مجوهراتنا الفاخرة إلى العملاء في جميع أنحاء العالم. قد تختلف خيارات التسليم حسب البلد الوجهة.
وقت المعالجة
يتم عادةً معالجة الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة لضمان سرعة الشحن.
في الحالات الاستثنائية، قد يستغرق معالجة الطلب ما يصل إلى 2 يوم عمل.
بالنسبة للمجوهرات المخصصة، قد تتطلب وقتًا إضافيًا للمعالجة، وسيتم إخطارك بذلك عند تأكيد الطلب.
طرق الشحن ووقت التسليم
نتعاون مع شركات شحن موثوقة لضمان التوصيل الآمن وفي الوقت المناسب. الأوقات المقدرة للتسليم:
الشحن المحلي داخل الإمارات: يتم التسليم عادةً في غضون 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل بعد معالجة الطلب.
الشحن الدولي: يتم شحن الطلبات خلال 2 يوم عمل، وتختلف أوقات التسليم حسب الوجهة وإجراءات التخليص الجمركي واللوائح المحلية.
ملحوظة: قد تتأثر أطر الشحن الدولية بالتفتيش الجمركي والإجراءات المرتبطة به.
رسوم الشحن والجمارك
يتم احتساب تكاليف الشحن عند الدفع بناءً على الوجهة وطريقة الشحن وقيمة الطلب. الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز حدًا معينًا.
مهم: الضرائب والرسوم الجمركية غير مشمولة في سعر المجوهرات أو تكاليف الشحن. تُحدد هذه الرسوم من قبل بلد المستلم وتقع على عاتق العميل.
تتبع الطلبات
بمجرد شحن الطلب، ستتلقى رقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو WhatsApp لتتمكن من متابعة الشحنة في الوقت الفعلي.
تأمين الشحن
جميع الشحنات مؤمنة لحماية مشترياتك القيمة أثناء النقل. في حالة الفقد أو التلف، يُرجى التواصل مباشرةً مع شركة الشحن، حيث إن Shining Luxury ليست مسؤولة عن المنتج بعد تسليمه إلى خدمة الشحن.
مشكلات التسليم والإرجاع
مشكلات التسليم
إذا كان هناك تأخير أو تلف أو فقدان للطرود، يجب على العميل التواصل مباشرةً مع شركة الشحن. Shining Luxury غير مسؤولة عن أي مشكلات بعد تسليم المنتج إلى شركة الشحن.
الإرجاع

يُرجى إعادة تغليف المجوهرات بعناية تمامًا كما استلمتها، مع تضمين جميع التغليفات الأصلية والشهادات والملحقات.
يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة فقط بعد استلام الحزمة المرتجعة في حالة مثالية.
تتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 30 يومًا تقويميًا بعد التحقق من سلامة الحزمة.
يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن بالكامل للإرجاع.
